Katy Perry's fiance Russell Brand was "arrested" for putting the smack down on a paparazzi. Supposedly the pap was trying to shoot up Katy's skirt. Katy has a time and place for everything and spreading them wide while on stage is okay, I guess.Click the photo for the big picture.
